He has a strong track record of developing high-performance solutions by working seamlessly across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams, while identifying opportunities to enhance existing products and create new technologies. Known for his creative problem-solving, technical insight, and ability to clearly communicate complex engineering concepts, Jesse consistently delivers thoughtful, high-quality designs that have contributed to successful products and earned the confidence of colleagues and customers alike.

Brandy Murinchack is the co-owner of a durable medical equipment company and has served the San Diego healthcare community for more than 27 years. She is passionate about environmental stewardship and believes that clean water is essential to the health of people, wildlife, and the planet. Brandy supports innovative solutions that address long-standing environmental challenges and believes EcoSave Technologies has the potential to transform oil spill response, protect oceans and waterways from storm drain pollution, extend industrial coolant life by up to 10 times, create safer workplace environments, and reduce coolant-related costs by as much as 90%.

Salvatore M. Capizzi is a financial services executive with more than 40 years of experience driving growth through sales, marketing, and business development. He spent the last 19 years as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of a national asset manager and is widely recognized for his expertise in tax-efficient investment, estate, and exit planning. A respected industry thought leader, Sal is a frequent conference speaker whose insights have been featured by Bloomberg Radio, Yahoo Finance, Kiplinger, Financial Advisor, and ThinkAdvisor. He was also a finalist for the 2025 Luminary Award for Industry Thought Leadership and the 2026 Chief Marketing Officer of the Year award.

Enrique Monteagudo, JD, BS is a registered patent attorney, mechanical engineer, and USAF Veteran with 20 years of experience protecting innovations. Admitted to the Arizona State Bar and the USPTO, his background includes engineering in the aerospace industry and intellectual property law across corporate, AmLaw 200, and private practice settings. He is a Senior Member within the IEEE and the current Chair of the IEEE Consultants Network–San Diego. A longtime friend and advisor to EcoSave Technologies, and a stakeholder within the Smart Border Coalition, Mr. Monteagudo has extensive experience advising a diverse mix of small-to-midsize businesses, with professional focus areas in blue tech, defense tech, and clean energy ecosystems.

Chandler specializes in the maritime industry, working with private and corporate clients worldwide to build, customize, charter, and acquire yachts tailored to their needs.
He brings a diverse background in operations, sales, and business development, with experience spanning Silicon Valley startups as well as advisory roles, including serving as a board member for nonprofit organizations in Southern California.
Through his time at sea, Chandler has witnessed firsthand the impact of oil and fuel spills, as well as the growing presence of micro- and macroplastics. These experiences have given him a deep appreciation for the urgent environmental challenges facing the ocean—our planet’s most vital and expansive ecosystem.

Torrie Goodson is an accomplished grant strategist and writer with extensive experience securing private and federal funding for high-impact initiatives across healthcare, medical technology, and community services. Her portfolio includes successful proposals supporting cutting-edge bionic prosthetics research and development, clinical and social support programs, and educational initiatives. She has led or contributed to grants funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Science Foundation (NSF), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), NASA, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), CalOES, and CalAIM. She is driven by a belief in the power of words to create meaningful, lasting change and build a more equitable world.
Torrie Goodson
Robert is a San Diego-based attorney licensed to practice in California, New York, and New Jersey. He matriculated at Long Beach State (BA-10) and the University of San Diego, School of Law (JD-14 and LLM-16). His practice focuses on representing non-profit organizations, small businesses, technology companies, and start-ups on a range of matters, from litigation and commercial transactions to complex legal research and analysis for cutting-edge technologies such as commercial applications of blockchain and AI. He enjoys helping businesses grow and founders find success.
